1. WMIDIAG log to check the consistency of WMI.

2. Setup-Performance MPS Report
As it is a 64 bit server please download the MPS report utility in the workspace.

3. Configure WMI verbose logging on the local and remote machines via wmimgmt.msc, right-click on WMI Control (local) and select Properties, click the “Logging” tab, and change the “Logging level” to verbose, set the “Maximum size” to 26214400, and click “OK’
Reproduce the issue and send the content of the directory “C:\WINDOWS\system32\wbem\Logs”
4. Procmon logs while reproducing the issue.
